GOLD PACKAGE

1. Complete Duct Cleaning and Sanitization of all HVAC System Components
   • We perform a complete service with powerful disinfectants on your HVAC system and clean the ductwork at the same time.  If this hasn’t been done recently it is imperative that you have it completed soon.
2. Furnish and Install One Premier One UV Purifying Light
   • This UV light is installed in the ductwork and acts quickly to kill mold, bacteria, and viruses’ on your surfaces inside the HVAC system and ductwork.
3. Furnish and Install One REME HALO Ionic Purifying System
   • This product has an Ionized Hydro-peroxide output, which gives excellent results when looking for fast kill rates for microbials in the air as well as on surfaces.  A REME HALO reduces odors, VOCs, smoke, mold, bacteria, and viruses.  REME produces oxidizers that are considered “friendly” because they revert back to oxygen and hydrogen after the oxidization of the pollutant.
4. Furnish and Install One Trane CleanEffects Air Purifying Filtration System
   • The Trane Cleaneffects filtration system is very efficient at removing particles from the air.  In fact, the CleanEffects system is capable of removing particles down to .1 microns in size which is smaller than the cold/flu virus.  This filtration system is one of the best on the market for removing particles from the air in your facility.  If the CleanEffects is not able to be installed because of design limitations of your HVAC system then we will present other options.
5. Badge Of Continued Commitment
   • We will provide a printable badge with maintenance schedule and signature lines for you to display so your customers/employees will see that you are committed and have taken the necessary steps to continue providing the best indoor air quality possible.
6. Complete ongoing quarterly maintenance will be structured based on the equipment existing and will be optional with this package.

SILVER PACKAGE
