- Indoor air quality solutions (e.g., air purifiers, humidifiers, UV lights, duct cleaning).
- Residential and commercial HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Support for leading brands such as Mitsubishi Electric, Rheem, Conforto, Rinnai, and Custom Comfort.
All services are performed by certified, vetted technicians. Service availability may vary by location within New Hampshire. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Services focus on honest, top-quality work tailored to customer needs, lifestyles, and budgets.

- Booking and Scheduling
Services can be booked via our website, phone, or email. We provide estimates where possible, but final pricing may depend on on-site assessment. Emergency services are available 24/7. We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing and on-site proposals.
By submitting your contact information through our website, contact form, or any other means, you authorize the Company to contact you regarding your service request and any heating, ventilation, or air conditioning needs. - Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with the following:
- Full 12-Month Warranty: Covers all parts and labor on installations and repairs under normal use and conditions.
Warranties are void if the system is altered by third parties, misused, or not maintained properly. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply to specific products (e.g., from Mitsubishi or Daikin).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

- SMS Communications
Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Custom Climates HVAC. Messages may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates and technician dispatch notifications, maintenance plan reminders, promotional offers and seasonal specials, and responses to service inquiries.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Custom Climates HVAC by:
- Submitting your mobile number through a form on our website and checking the SMS consent box;
- Texting a keyword to our designated number as prompted; or
- Providing verbal or written consent during a service call or in-person interaction.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and preferences. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month. Promotional messages will be sent no more than 2–4 times per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Custom Climates HVAC is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
- Emailing office@customclimates.com with your name and mobile number and a request to be removed from SMS communications.
- Calling us at (603) 262-1623 and requesting removal.
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. If you later wish to re-enroll, you may do so by texting START or by contacting us directly.
