Jonathon has worked in HVAC for 25 years and has owned Custom Climates since 2007. He oversees marketing, finances, and long-term planning while supporting system design and company direction. He enjoys solving complex comfort and efficiency challenges and helping the team deliver thoughtful, well-designed solutions for every customer.
Wesley Burbank
Operations Manager / Installer / Design Technician
Wesley keeps daily operations moving across sales, service, and installations while leading installs and system design visits. With seven years in the trade and Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Technician certification, he’s known for reliability, strong communication, and careful attention to detail from first visit to final startup.
Phil Demeritt
Lead Service Technician
Phil brings more than 50 years of HVAC experience and leads most maintenance and repair work while mentoring new technicians. A former trade school instructor, he has completed training with major manufacturers, including Mitsubishi’s Train-the-Trainer program. Customers appreciate how clearly he explains systems and his ability to solve tough problems quickly.
Leah Werner
Service Technician Apprentice
Leah works alongside the service team learning to maintain and repair a wide range of HVAC systems. She has completed college coursework toward her gas license and holds her EPA and oil certifications. Known for her strong work ethic and positive attitude, she enjoys learning and taking on new challenges in the field.
Eli Paquette
Installation Apprentice
Eli supports installations while training to become a lead installer. He attended trade school for mini-split and conventional AC installation and holds his EPA certification. He’s hardworking, curious, and focused on building strong skills in the trade.
Raimee Rattee
Office Manager / Assistant
Raimee manages scheduling, customer communication, and day-to-day office operations. With previous experience as an office manager and supervisor, she brings strong organization, payroll and administrative experience, and a customer-first mindset to the team. She keeps the schedule moving, supports the field crew, and makes sure customers always know what to expect.
